To provide plant identification functionality, the App requests permission to access your Device Camera or Photo Library. Captured photos are processed to analyze botanical characteristics and generate plant identifications and safety insights.

Plant scan history, saved herb bookmarks, custom notes, and safety search history are stored locally on your device storage using local database frameworks.

3. Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain our Service: Processing photos for plant identification, pet safety analysis, and botanical search.
To manage Your requests: To attend to and manage support or data request inquiries sent to Us.

5. Data Retention Policy

Local Device Data: Your plant scan history, saved bookmarks, and preferences remain stored on your device until you clear them or uninstall the app.
Server & Support Data: Any support communications or processing logs are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected (up to 90 days), or as required by applicable laws.

6. User Data Deletion Request Process (Google Play Policy Compliance)

We respect your right to control your personal data. You have full rights to request the deletion of any personal data collected or held by Us.

How to Request Data Deletion:

In-App Local Data Deletion:
- You can delete your local plant scan history and saved items at any time by opening Recent Scans or Settings within the App and selecting Clear History.
- Uninstalling the App immediately removes all locally cached images and database entries from your device.
Server & Personal Data Deletion Request:
- To request permanent deletion of any personal data submitted to us (such as email communications, support tickets, or feedback records), send an email to:

- Required Details: Please state your name, the email address associated with your inquiry or account, and a brief statement requesting deletion of your data.

Deletion Timeframe & Notice:

Upon receiving your request, we will confirm receipt within 48 hours.
All associated personal data and account records will be permanently deleted from our servers and database within 30 calendar days.
If any data must be retained for legal or regulatory obligations, we will inform you of the specific legal hold upon request.

7. Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us. We implement industry-standard encryption protocols during transmission and storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
